August 9th marked the 5th Annual Lumières Festival [link] in Stanley Park along the Rideau River in Ottawa. Toby created a multi-tier labyrinth formed with over 1,500 paper bags fitted with tea candles. Despite a downpour in the late afternoon, her creation survived for the benefit of throngs of people who manoeuvred through with their own lanterns at hand.
