I just took this a couple of hours ago after shoveling our walkway. My neighbour was heading out so I decided to follow him around and see what kind of shots I could get. My auto-focus was going nuts, reflecting on all kinds of surfaces.

It's been snowing like this for 2 hours and there's no sign of it letting up. We'll likely get about 50 cm (almost 20 inches) of the white stuff. It's still not the worst I've ever seen but for Ottawa, it's likely a record for this time of year.

Just to let you know, we've had worse winters than the one just past. It's by no means a record for the area nor the country. It's just one of those things that living in Canada means we have to endure. :)

Pretty smetty. I am soooo ready for spring. I wonder if it will come this year or if it is too buried under the snow to come out :(.

It does. It's just a delayed reaction. The same as CO2 levels in the atmosphere based on the sun's heat on the planet. But, that's another story.
