This is what downtown Ottawa looks like at night. Except for the fact that the ice on the Rideau Canal isn't frozen enough to withstand skaters. it's a great place to mosey around. The city is suited for newlyweds and nearly-deads. By next week, there should be several dozen people swooshing around in front of that shack at the bottom.
